Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential clients for our services. The ideal candidate should have strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience using digital platforms to generate high-quality leads. Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, industries, and target audiences
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other digital platforms
• Build and maintain strong lead pipelines for sales opportunities
• Maintain, organize, and regularly update lead databases and CRM systems
• Create personalized outreach messages to engage prospects effectively
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team when required
• Ensure all outreach activities align with company goals and branding

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach is a plus
